翻開菜單點了一杯手沖黑咖啡，哥倫比亞天堂莊園淺培豆，處理豆子的方式是雙重厭氧.

I ordered a order a cup of pour over black coffee.

I can taste Colombia Cauca El Paraiso light Roast coffee beans.

The way they handle those beans is Double Anaerobic Fermentation

聞了蠻不錯的咖啡香，品嚐了熱和冷的口感，果酸..玫瑰香...層次感，好的咖啡就是很順口

很溫順.....讓人心靈上得到些許的平靜.

The coffee has a good aroma.

I have two flavors, hot and cold.

With the smell of fruit acid and rose... many different levels

I would say a good cup of coffee is smooth and can bring us a peace of mind.

這家咖啡館比較多人點的甜點是吐司，點了一款名稱為:黑色幽默

黑豆製作而成的吐司，搭配上特製的奶油和蜂蜜.

The most popular dessert in this café is toast.

I ordered one with an interesting name, Black Humor.

The toast is made of black beans, paired with special cream and honey.

吐司的餘溫漸漸融化了奶油和蜂蜜，吐司品嚐起來有一種專屬於這家咖啡店的滿足感

一種屬於這家店的幸福.

The warmth of the toast gradually melted the cream and honey.

The toast gives me a sense of satisfaction that is unique from this coffee shop.

Happiness only comes to this café.

舊物件很讓人感性的去追憶那些只屬於美的事情..

或許有些離開現實很遠...

也或許想像中的世界永遠是美麗的..

沉醉在浪漫..盡情的不理智..

自由的任性....

Old objects can be very emotional; they sometimes recall the memories we almost forgot.
