[ODD吶喊的孟克先生...] ODD Cafe' @ CAFE in your life咖啡&拍照生活

位在石牌捷運站和明德捷運站中間的路途,有一家非常迷你的小咖啡館。

雖然是迷你的店，卻有不錯喝的咖啡和驚喜，在這旅途中....

This cozy café is located between ShiPai MRT Station and MingDe MRT Station.
Although the size is quite small, their coffee is amazing and superb.

走廊的光線很明亮,讓我今天的早晨很富有精神。

門口的推車種植了許多花花草草,讓我想起以前同學家開的新屋花海，

門口也是這樣子的一個概念設計,這個推車，帶著一些對於家鄉的思念。

The light in the corridor is very bright, which gives me an energetic and spiritual morning.
There is a cart decorated with lots of beautiful flowers which reminds me of my old friend’s beautiful garden in XinWu.
The front door is in similar style; the cart somehow makes me reminisce about my childhood in countryside.

"The Scream" is the popular name given to each of four versions of a composition, created as both paintings and pastels, by Norwegian Expressionist artist Edvard Munch. (From Wikipedia).

孟克咖啡
The Munch Coffee.

濃縮咖啡冰磚+冰牛奶。
用冰牛奶淋在咖啡冰磚上，濃度可自行調整，
和法式牛奶一樣，只不過濃縮變冰磚的樣子，溫度轉換為冰的方式來呈現。
It’s basically espresso coffee ice cubes with milk.
You can decide your own strength by pouring milk onto the coffee ice cubes.
Similar to the café au lait, with ice cubes in stead, very special.

Mr. Munch is changing his face.

小法式烤蛋
Oeuf en cocotte

濃濃的蛋、帕馬森起司、培根、蜂蜜芥末籽、薄荷葉，和九層塔。
很用心的一道料理，吃起來很清爽。
With a rich egg, Parmesan cheese, bacon, honey mustard, mint leaves, plus basils.
It’s very tasty and refreshing!

荷蘭餅
Stroopwafels (Syrup waffles)

有淡淡焦糖香，鬆軟度介於鬆餅和餅乾之間，
厚度不會很厚，
搭配黑咖啡蠻適合的。
There is a smell of caramel.
It’s not too thick, probably between muffin and biscuit.
It’s good to have a nice strong coffee after eating.

孟克先生消失了?
Mr. Munch is disappearing.

店內有賣一些烘豆周邊，也有藝文方面的合作、書畫小展覽、包場訂位合作。

店內也有提供各種莊園黑咖啡、手沖咖啡、茶品、酒之類的。

Home-baked coffee beans are available for purchase.
There are exhibitions ranging from calligraphy to painting.
Alcohol is also available.

臨走前問了一下ODD，代表著什麼?
美麗的女主人很親切微笑回答:
代表著很特別?但是.....卻一點都不特別?
就像是明天這家咖啡館新商品突然賣著滷肉飯、或是台灣小吃、麵線?

每個人心中覺得特別的事情，日子一久了，其實就不一定是真的很特別了?

Before I left, I asked the owner about the meaning behind their name “ODD”.
She replied: It means very special, but also means nothing special at all.
Maybe she is right, if I find something special, it doesn’t always follow that it will be special for others.
