忙碌的街道，幽靜的氛圍，一家咖啡館，靜靜的在這，始終如一。

A nice cafe quietly stands on this busy street.

這家私人咖啡店有一些屬於它歲月的故事，有些時間了。從早期約2003年前後幾年開始，正確的時間我忘了。最早店是開在板橋，後來搬到重慶南路上現在的位置對面，後來才搬到現在的位置。

I have known this coffee shop for a long time. For me, it is more than just a coffee shop. It also has memories and stories that belong to my teenagers. It opened for the first time in Banqiao City around 2003, and later moved to Chongqing South Road, the opposite of where it is, and moved to its current location.

點了一杯卡布奇諾，喝義式拉花咖啡，最重要的是豆子新鮮度，烘培程度，濃縮的萃取，還有溫度和奶泡綿密度，圖形均勻對，美感。

濃縮很棒，搭配牛奶和奶泡，很順口。

For me, the important elements of Italian coffee are the freshness of the beans, the degree of beans baking, the concentrated extract, and the temperature and density of the foam. This cappuccino is great. The concentration is very good, plus fresh milk and nice foam, the taste is so smooth and perfect.

點了義式橄欖油香料麵包，老闆自己手工製做，淡淡的香氣，搭配咖啡還蠻不錯的。

This Italian olive spiced bread is highly recommended. It is hand-made by the shop owner and has a mild aroma, very match with coffee.

店內的環境很簡單乾淨，到處充滿著關於咖啡的一切。咖啡器具丶咖啡機丶烘豆機丶烤箱丶咖啡豆和一些書籍報章雜誌。

The cafe is simple and clean, full of everything about coffee, such as coffee maker, coffee machine, baking machine, oven, coffee beans, books and magazine.
