西門捷運站2號出口往和平西方向直走約5-6分左右即可到達。
 
The café is away from the hustle and bustle of Ximen.
If you take the exit 2 of Ximen MRT Station, then walk towards the Heping W. Rd. for about 5-6 minutes you will find it.

澄花杏仁牛奶凍

自磨杏仁和小農牛奶一起慢煮,
放隔夜過濾,加上Luxardo的amartto和橙花水,風味有層次、口感柔軟,配上干邑英國奶醬和烤杏仁,清爽華麗的夏日甜點。
 
Carefully made by grind almonds and milk, after leaving overnight and filtering, add aome Luxardo's amartto and orange-flower water.
The taste is soft and full of texture, accompanied by English cognac milk sauce and roasted almonds. It is so yummy and delicious!!

依季節不同使用不同的農產品,製作不同的季節戚風,這次是提供芝麻戚風。
花蓮自放牧雞蛋,西西里有機橄欖油
慢火烘烤,口感鬆軟、淡淡芝麻香。
 
Depending on the seasons, the flavor of their chiffon cakes change.
Today I had sesame Chiffon cake.
The cake is made with free-range eggs from Hualien and Sicilian organic olive oil.
After baking slowly, the taste is soft and with a light smell of sesame.
 
 
 
半凍冰糕

義大利皮蒙特D.O.P榛果,西西里杏仁製作的焦糖堅果,沙巴雍醬汁,義式蛋白霜打發鮮奶油冷凍而成,因比較快融化故稱"半凍"。
It’s made of Italy Pimont D.O.P hazelnut, caramel nuts (Sicilian almond), Sabayon and Italian style butter cream.
Because it melts quite fast, they call it a "semi-frozen" ice cream.
